Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel and issue a full refund.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy below applies.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused — any item that has been used (e.g., filled with water or tea) is not eligible for return

  • In its original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories included

  • Not custom-made or personalized

  • Return must be authorized in advance — please email us at info@teapotartisan.com before sending any item back

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damage

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and its packaging as soon as possible, ideally within 2–3 days of delivery, and contact us at info@teapotartisan.com.

Depending on availability, we will offer you:

  • A replacement item of similar value, or

  • A full refund

You will not be responsible for return shipping in the case of shipping damage.

We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
