Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you receive the goods or from the date a third party you appointed (not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

Refunds
We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and no fees will be charged. You will need to pay for the return shipping cost.
Return Conditions
Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The goods should be in their original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods damaged due to misuse or other buyer-induced reasons. Please inspect the goods upon receipt to ensure they are not damaged. If the damage occurs after delivery due to misuse, the item will not be eligible for return.
Shipping Damage
If the product is damaged during shipping, please take photos within 24 hours of receipt and contact our customer service team immediately.
We will offer a free replacement of the same or slightly higher value. If you are not satisfied, you can opt for a return, and we will provide a free replacement.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
