Shipping Zones & Fees
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping fees vary by destination and order weight. The total shipping cost will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping Information
We ship within 3–4 business days of receiving your order (excluding Sundays and Chinese holidays), from Suzhou, China.
All orders are delivered via trusted international courier services, with tracking numbers provided.
Cost Information
Shipping fees are not included in the product price.
Shipping insurance is included where applicable to protect against loss or damage during transit.
We include packaging, materials, and handling in the total cost.
We will automatically combine items in the same order into the most efficient packaging.
We cannot mark packages as gifts or alter customs declarations.
Lost Orders
We consider an item lost if not delivered within 45 days after shipping. If this happens, please contact us with your order number to request either:
a full refund, or
a replacement item of similar value, depending on availability.
If the original item arrives after a replacement or refund, please let us know so we can arrange return shipping.
Return Fees
If the package was delivered on time but is returned due to the following reasons, we will deduct:
a 10% restocking fee, based on the product price, plus
any logistical or customs-related costs we incur.
These conditions include:
Refused delivery
Failed delivery attempts
Unclaimed packages at pickup stations
Import Taxes
Customers may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by your local customs office. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check with your country’s regulations before placing your order.
